Barcelona welcomes your four legged friends to our community. 

There is a 2 pet maximum per unit.

THE FOLLOWING BREEDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED:

• Bloodhound
• Boxer
• Chow Chow
• Dalmation
• Doberman
• Great Dane
• Mastiff
• Pitt Bull
• Rottweiler
• Stafford Bull Terrier
• St. Bernard

Dogs must be one year old and a photo of your pet must be taken prior to move in.  Security deposit is increased by $1,000 and due prior to move in.

All "mixed/mutt" breeds must have certification from a licensed D.V.M. of the actual breed mix.  Unfortunately, Barcelona does not accept any mix/mutt breeds containing any of the above listed breeds.

Cats are welcome in all buildings, and accepted dogs are allowed in select buildings only. 

THE FOLLOWING BUILDINGS ARE AVAILABLE FOR DOG OWNERS:

• 22, 31 and 32 (Madrid, one bedroom)
• 28 and 33 (Seville, two bedroom flat)
• 29 (Naples and Milan, two-level and tri-level town-homes)
• 30 and 53 (Lisbon, three bedroom)

Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered.
